As you walk out onto the Garden Terrace, you pass two Landsknecht soldiers relaxing in an alcove just to your right. They nod at you, then go back to their discussion on the morality of war. A Walkway follows the Castle Walls all the way around. |
The Garden Terrace follows the base of the castle around to the right and left. You walk and over and look down into the right hand terrace. Gorgeous. There is a small gate in the distance that leads to the Kitchen Gardens. |
You then walk over to the left- hand side garden terrace and notice a staircase leading up. You hear music coming from the open windows. That must lead to the Grand Ballroom. Once you are finished, you can take the stairs which lead to the Ballroom, or go back inside to the Grand Hall. |
You look out at the wonderous Garden in front of you. |
